Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only. After 24 hours, no return or exchange request will be entertained.

  • 🚫 Item has been worn / washed / used
  • 🚫 Tags removed or missing
  • 🚫 Return requested after 24 hours of delivery
  • 🚫 Slight color variation due to screen display
  • 🚫 Custom stitched / altered items
  • 🚫 Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • 🚫 Inner wear / accessories for hygiene reasons
  • 🚫 Items without original packaging

📋 How to Raise a Return Request
  • Step 1 — Take clear photos/video of the item immediately upon delivery
  • Step 2 — WhatsApp or DM us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Step 3 — Share your Order ID + photos/video of the issue
  • Step 4 — Our team will review & respond within 12 hours
  • Step 5 — Ship the item back in original packaging
  • Step 6 — Refund / Exchange processed after item is received & verified

  1. Always record an unboxing video when opening your parcel
  2. Do not remove tags until you are fully satisfied with the item
  3. Check your order immediately upon delivery
  4. No returns will be accepted after 24 hours — no exceptions
  5. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags & packaging
