📋 How to Raise a Return Request
- Step 1 — Take clear photos/video of the item immediately upon delivery
- Step 2 — WhatsApp or DM us within 24 hours of delivery
- Step 3 — Share your Order ID + photos/video of the issue
- Step 4 — Our team will review & respond within 12 hours
- Step 5 — Ship the item back in original packaging
- Step 6 — Refund / Exchange processed after item is received & verified
