Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase from VADHU Fashion Hub.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The item must not be damaged or altered

Items purchased during sale or special exhibition offers may not be eligible for return (if you choose to apply this rule).

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Bridal lehengas made-to-measure
  • Final sale items
  • Accessories (if applicable)
  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  1. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the product
  • We will arrange replacement or refund
